the disposal and acquisition of residential and mixed development

The company offers a dedicated and professional service to landowners
wishing to maximise upon the value of their assets. Additionally,
landsource identify and acquire sites on behalf of developer clients.
Since the companies’ formation, nearly 100 sites have been
handled, creating over 2000 plots for residential development.
the founder
David Marsh is the founder and Managing Director of landsource.
David spent nearly 30 years with Gascoigne-Pees, one of the most well known and respected
estate agents in South-east England. The company was acquired
in 1982 by Lloyds Bank as part of their Black Horse Agencies
network of UK estate agencies. David joined their Board of Management
responsible for residential land and new homes activities. He
resigned his position in 1999 following Lloyds Bank’s sale
of the company to Bradford and Bingley.

exclusive ‘one off’ plots for bespoke luxury homes
through to large green and brownfield sites for high density
development. The majority of the companies’ activities
are focused upon London and the South-east.
